    Studios Blackbird Etsy Store

    Sample Friday 15 October

    Distress Inks were applied directly to the blank tag. Day of the Dead Ticket was stamped towards the top of the tag, Three Blank Tickets was stamped below it, and Striped Mosaic Border was stamped below that. Sticky notes were used to block off the ticket portions of the Three Blank Tickets while allowing the center portion to be open, and Catrina was stamped in each opening. Splatter and Splatter Cube were used in black and Distressed Worn Lipstick. The images were then colored with watercolor pencils and tombow markers. Metallic Rub-ons were then used to burnish the edges of the tag.

    Sample Monday 27 September

    Distress Inks were applied directly to a blank tag, then stamped with Paisley Patterns using black ink. It was colored with Tombow Markers, watercolor pencils, and a Dove blender pen. The Wren was stamped and colored in, cut out and attached to black paper, cut out again and attached to the stamped paisley tag. Splatter and Splatter Cube were used for texture with a Fired Brick Distress Ink pad.
